Daniel is the CEO & Founder of Kajeet, parent company of Otarris and Arterra Mobility.
Before launching Kajeet, Daniel served as CEO and Vice Chairman of VCampus Corporation, a public Nasdaq company that pioneered the delivery of e-learning applications and services for students, business people and government employees. Prior to VCampus, Daniel was part of the team that built from scratch – and successfully took public – USinternetworking, where he conceived of, launched, and led the AppHost™ business unit, one of the first companies in the world to provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enablement technology and services to Independent Software Vendors. USinternetworking was successfully acquired by AT&T.
Daniel holds an AB in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Daniel has raised more than $130 million of investment capital, and is a named inventor on 28 U.S. patents. Daniel has been deeply involved in the creation, launch and growth of a number of technology and other start-up and early-stage companies, where he has frequently served as an investor and adviser. He is active in a wide range of business, investment and technology circles, including Mindshare and the Wharton Club of DC. An avid bicyclist, runner, traveler and reader, Daniel most enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, whose names are incorporated into the word “Kajeet.”
Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder
As COO, Ben is responsible overseeing the company’s strategic direction, architecture, and engineering infrastructure that underpins the Arterra business. Prior to Arterra, Ben was the founder and COO of SimplyWireless.com, an online wireless distribution company. He also spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy, including a term as an Assistant Program Manager in the nuclear surface ship propulsion program.
Ben earned his B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from MIT, and a Masters of Engineering equivalent in nuclear reactor design through the Department of Energy. Ben is very active in his family’s hectic life.
Chief Technology Officer
Greg is responsible for technology strategy, product development and innovation for Kajeet, Inc. Prior to Kajeet, Greg was the CIO, Global Products and Services at Laureate Education, the world’s largest higher education company. Prior to Laureate, he served as the CTO for Inovalon, an industry leader in Healthcare Information Technology, and previously as the Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Sprint Nextel.
Greg earned his B.S. in Information Systems from James Madison University, and his M.S. Management Information Systems from American University. Greg has significant international experience, having performed work in over 20 countries. He also lived in Spain for three years where he became fluent in Spanish.
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
David plays an integral role at Kajeet and Otarris; he is responsible for executing business development programs to increase company growth and works closely with his marketing team to drive greater brand awareness and generate sales leads. Prior to Kajeet, David was the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Management Concepts and Worldwide VP of Marketing for Learning Tree International.
David holds a BFA in Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and an MBA with a focus in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from George Mason University. He spends his free time with his wife and two sons.

Director of Product Strategy
As Director of Sales, Hadi oversees all sales initiatives and focuses on making sure that we have the right product for each customer. Customer satisfaction is on the top of his list and building trust is what he and his team do. Hadi comes from a Product Management background but now enjoys working externally with prospects, partners and customers.
Throughout his product management tenure Hadi launched multiple products at Nextel, Boost Mobile, Sprint Nextel and Nextel International generating millions of dollars in revenue. Hadi’s experience working with teams and vendors across Asia, Europe and the Americas gives him a very unique perspective on the different ways of doing business across the globe.
Outside of work, Hadi enjoys following and sometimes participating in Motorsports racing whether it be cars or motorcycles.
